Bertrand Lanoiselée is a doctor in Agricultural Engineering and a recognised expert in freshwater fish farming with technical, engineering and management expertises. He was in charge of development in a freshwater fish hatchery and design engineer at the CEMAGREF.
He held positions of technical and administrative responsibility in an important salmon producing company and was the founder and in charge of technical and scientific aspects of A.C.A. a consulting firm.
He has worked in a research and development association and was responsible for orientating scientific research and administrative monitoring.
Betrand Lanoiselée has designed, implemented and monitored numerous freshwater fish farm projects in both ponds and tanks and has taken part in various general and production network development studies. He has conducted experiments in nutrition and freshwater fish feeds.
In the course of studies and training missions abroad he has visited the following countries : Lithuania, Morocco, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, USA, Senegal, Israel, China , Hungry
.
He has participated in international symposiums on freshwater fish production.
